Arsenal vs Chelsea player ratings out of 10
David Raya: 6.5 — Might’ve done better on Rogers’ goal but made a terrific save on Estevao late in the game.
Ben White: 6.5 — A busy, no-frills performance.
Ezri Konsa: 6 — Offside on what would’ve been a momentum-building goal.
Gabriel Magalhaes: 6.5 — An uncharacteristically average day, but still effective. Lead the way in keeping the danger areas clear for Raya late.
Riccardo Calafiori: 6.5 — Just fine, denied an early goal.
Declan Rice: 8.5 — 14 of his 18 line-breaking passes were into the final third. His clever and unpunished clip of Morgan Rogers late took a cutback lane away for Chelsea.
Myles Lewis-Skelly: 5.5 — Moved the ball well but offered little in the duel or defensively
Bukayo Saka: 7 — A game-high four shots but somehow still a bit quiet compared to his lofty standards.
Martin Odegaard: 8 — Lost a header on Rogers’ opener but then did almost nothing else wrong. Delivered a game-high 1.46 xG+xA.
Christos Tzolis: 8 — A massive upgrade on the left who is keeping Eberechi Eze off the pitch.
Kai Havertz: 9 — Spectacular with a goal and a game-high 10 touches in the opposition box, but it was his dummy of Tzolis’ entry pass on Odegaard’s goal that took the cake.

Chelsea player ratings out of 10 at Arsenal
Emiliano Martinez: 6.5 — Outstanding early, could he have done more on Havertz’s goal?
Maxence Lacroix: 6.5 — No problems on the day.
Josh Acheampong: 6 — Beaten by Tzolis en route to Arsenal’s winner.
Wesley Fofana: 7.5 — Very busy, painting his name all over the defensive stat sheet. Elite in the air.
Jorell Hato: 6.5 — Picked up a solid assist.
Reece James: 6.5 — Very good for much of the match but lost Odegaard on the goal. That was big.
Romeo Lavia: 6.5 — Not the issue. But the issue wasn’t there, as Chelsea need an enforcer along with James and Lavia.
Pedro Neto: 6.5 — A real threat on the right, hit the post.
Morgan Rogers: 7 — Tremendous goal early but failed to affect the game for spells in this one.
Cole Palmer: 5.5 — Could’ve been sent off early and a few classy moments of playmaking can’t overtake an overall subpar day.
Joao Pedro: 7 — Ran his socks off and created a glorious and almost absurd chance when he released Pedro Neto with a back-to-goal chop of over 50 yards.
